Is the Free plan really permanent?
Yes. Free includes one website and five manual scans per calendar month with no payment method. Automatic scans, alerts, and premium reports require a paid plan.
What happens during the free trial?
You get full access to every feature of the plan you choose for 15 days. Scans, alerts, reports, badges — everything works with no restrictions.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel anytime from the billing portal — no penalties, no lock-in. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your workspace returns to Free limits.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe for secure payments. You can pay with any major credit or debit card. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
Are prices in EUR only?
Yes, all prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
What happens if I exceed my site limit?
You won't be able to add new sites until you remove existing ones or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit. Existing sites continue to be monitored.
